In our view, larger traditional financial advisory firms typically use a generic approach in dealing with their clients and are less focused on the unique challenges faced by some clients. This challenge is evident with small or medium sized organizations where traditional investment banks typically do not provide the necessary attention due to the size of the transaction. We at CoreWest think differently, we build relationships with our clients early and help support their growth. We know they work hard and with the proper capital support we believe in their success.

CoreWest Capital was founded on two key principles:

• A financial advisor provides the best service to the client when they believe in the business and are personally invested in the success of the business. As such CoreWest Capital's compensation model is structured via short-term contracts that are renewable at the discretion of the client. In addition, we work hard to align our interests very closely with our clients' needs and therefore a primary portion of our fee is typically based on the successful outcome of the transaction.
• Financial solutions should be custom tailored to the specific and unique issues and challenges that our clients face. Accordingly, once CoreWest Capital is retained by the client, we custom tailor our services to fit their unique needs by working diligently to understand the business models and their management teams.
