Kayvon Sanei

Mr. Sanei is a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Banking team at CoreWest Capital.

Prior to joining CoreWest Capital, Mr. Sanei was a key member of the Corporate Development team at TD Bank Group in Toronto. In this role, his primary duties included analysis of growth strategies and transaction execution for TDBG.

Prior to joining the Corporate Development team at TDBG, Mr. Sanei was a member of the invesment banking team at TD Securities where he participated in the execution of mandates including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, restructurings and equity/debt financings for medium to large sized corporations including a $500 million non-investment grade high-yield transaction which was, at the time, the largest transaction of its type in Canadian history.

In his prior roles, Mr. Sanei has also worked as a software developer. Notably, a key member of the team involved in the design and implementation of Royal Bank’s online trading platform and one of the lead developers at Rocscience Inc., a geotechnical consulting firm headquartered in Toronto.

Mr. Sanei has an MBA (Hons) from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from University of Toronto.
